About LDS

Liesl Dos Santos graduated from the University of South Africa in 2008 obtaining her Bachelor of Laws degree. In 2007 she attended the School for Legal Practice and was admitted as an attorney in 2009. During her studies, she worked as a labour law practitioner under her father, Dirk Ackermann who has over 40 years’ experience in South African Labour Law and Human Resources, which resulted in her starting her own practice, LDS Labour Law Practitioner, in 2009. With 12 years of experience in Human Resources, Training and Labour Law, she offers an efficient, effective and professional service. It is her passion to assist employers to iron out their day-to-day issues they encounter with their employees.
